TwinPalms Phuket

TwinPalms Phuket is a luscious resort hotel in Thailand. Their digital marketing didn’t match the quality of the resort experience. I set out to bring them into alignment.

With a re-envisioned website and an innovative approach to traditional emails, the developer and I dramatically increased customer satisfaction and repeat bookings.

Web Redesign

This first challenge was to deliver the resort’s high level of luxury and service on the web. I reorganized the site, surfacing the most sought-after information on the front page, and simplifying booking.

Dynamic Emails

The next challenge was repeat booking. I collaborated with a developer on a series of dynamic emails, with recommendations informed by the forecast and guest interests. Repeat booking increased by 11%.
