Email Communications

We send two types of emails:

Transactional emails — booking confirmations, session reminders, invoices, contract notifications, and delivery links. These are essential to your service and cannot be opted out of.
Marketing emails — newsletters, promotions, and studio updates. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in any marketing email or from your client dashboard.

We may use tracking technologies (such as read receipts) to understand how our emails are received. This helps us improve our communications and ensure important messages reach you.
