Where is your studio?
My studio is in Temescal, North Oakland. A block from the MacArthur BART.
How long is a session?
Most sessions last about an hour, and can be as quick as you have time for. If you’re not in a rush, we can work for up to 75 minutes.
Where do I park?
Street parking is available (and free) on 39th St, with paid parking on Telegraph. There’s usually room at the BART lot, as well, which is free after 3:00pm.
How do I prepare for a session?
• Bring up to eight tops you love. Avoid busy patterns and ruffly shoulders.
• If you wear glasses, bring all of them. Keep jewelry simple. Jackets and ties welcome.
• Drink lots of water and get good sleep for three nights before our session. It makes a big difference.
• If you wear makeup, keep it makeup light—the lights and camera will double it!
• Wear comfy shoes for standing. Please tell me if you’d prefer to sit.
• To keep us focused, please come alone. Parents and caregivers always welcome.
